- All partitions sheets constructed with 29-gauge galvalume material installed with ceiling trim.
- We use 26 gauge roof panels available in standing seam or screw on.
- All screws used on roof system are long life screws providing maximum resistance to corrosion and leaks.
- We use 14 gauge and 16 gauge 4″ steel available in red oxide or galvanized.
- Foundation includes 4″ monolithic concrete slab with 12″ x 12 ” reinforced concrete footings on outside perimeter.
- Engineered concrete drawings included with building package.
- We only use USA graded steel.
